El document, titulat <em>&#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amnesty.org\/es\/documents\/eur41\/9255\/2025\/en\/5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Spain: Submission to the UN Human Rights Committee<\/a>&#8220;<\/em>, posa el focus en diverses \u00e0rees cr\u00edtiques que ens haurien d&#8217;alertar a tots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Punts clau de l&#8217;informe:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Llibertat d&#8217;expressi\u00f3 i reuni\u00f3:<\/strong> Es mant\u00e9 la preocupaci\u00f3 per l&#8217;\u00fas de la &#8220;Llei Mordassa&#8221; per sancionar activistes i periodistes, aix\u00ed com l&#8217;\u00fas de tecnologies de vigil\u00e0ncia contra moviments socials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Drets de les persones migrants:<\/strong> L&#8217;informe denuncia la manca de protocols efectius a les fronteres de Ceuta i Melilla i les condicions d&#8217;acollida que vulneren la dignitat humana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Just\u00edcia i Impunitat:<\/strong> Es reclama avan\u00e7ar en la investigaci\u00f3 dels crims de la Guerra Civil i el franquisme, aix\u00ed com garantir reparaci\u00f3 real per a les v\u00edctimes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere i habitatge:<\/strong> Tot i els aven\u00e7os legislatius, Amnistia assenyala mancances en la protecci\u00f3 de les dones i en l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a un habitatge digne davant l&#8217;augment dels desnonaments sense alternativa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Des de <strong>Language Rights<\/strong>, recordem que la <strong>discriminaci\u00f3 ling\u00fc\u00edstica<\/strong> \u00e9s sovint una barrera afegida en l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a la just\u00edcia i als serveis p\u00fablics que recull aquest informe.
