To intervene before international institutions, decision-makers, governmental authorities, the private sector, and other stakeholders to encourage the adoption of necessary measures to advance international human rights standards for minorities, the implementation of relevant and effective laws and policies, and the fulfillment of the needs and interests of different linguistic communities in order to ensure their integration into society.
